JASON M. PELT

Founding Partner

Jason Pelt graduated from Samford University in 2000 and has been practicing law in the Stafford County area since 2005. Before coming to Stafford County, Jason was an active duty member of the of United States Marine Corps serving as a Staff Judge Advocate stationed at Marine Corps Base Quantico and Marine Barracks 8th & I, Washington, D.C. Currently Jason handles criminal matters and civil litigation matters involving landlord /tenants, consumer law, personal injury, and other civil litigation matters.

Jason is married to Tracee Pelt and they have four children. When not in the courtroom, Jason can be found camping with his family, spectating on the various sports fields in Stafford, or supporting local youth theater. Jason and Tracee worship at Calvary Chapel of Fredericksburg.

Jason believes that everyone needs a strong advocate when entering the courtroom. He is committed to his client’s success.

MARTHA G. NORTON

Founding Partner

Martha graduated from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School in December 2001, and has been licensed with the Virginia State Bar since 2002. For nearly two decades she has been practicing in the Fredericksburg Area. She has been both a prosecutor and defense attorney and that experience has helped her fine-tune her trial skills. Her favorite place is in the courtroom. She takes great pride in not just being an excellent trial attorney, but also in providing her clients with the information & support they need to face their legal hurdles with confidence.

Martha’s areas of practice include:

  • Family law including custody, visitation, and support
  • Criminal defense including serious felony offenses, such as violent crimes & drug distribution, as well as DUI, assault and battery, juvenile offense, and the like.
  • Civil Litigation, including homeowner and contractor litigation and contract disputes.

When she isn’t in the courtroom, Martha enjoys spending time with her husband and children doing anything outdoors.

LEVI S. NORTON

Founding Partner

Levi Norton is a graduate of The George Washington University and Regent University School of Law. He is a member of the Virginia Bar and former prosecutor. Early in his career, Levi spent two decades working throughout the tropics and polar regions, but his true passion is helping families, businesses and property owners with their legal needs here in Virginia.

Levi is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, fishing and cross country motorcycle racing with his wife and 2 children.

Levi’s areas of practice include:

  • Representing both plaintiffs and defendants in all forms of civil litigation.
  • Estate Planning and Elder Law, including drafting wills and trusts as well as helping families establish guardianships and conservatorships, and providing assistance with estate administration.
  • Landlord & Tenant law, including drafting leases and representing property owners and tenants.
  • Business law, including entity formation, contract drafting and review, litigation and collections.
  • Real Estate law including property disputes, HOA issues, easements, partition, boundary line adjustments, deeds, and construction & home improvement disputes.
  • Criminal Defense

DESI PELLINO

Attorney

Desi Pellino graduated from James Madison University with a B.S. in Justice Studies with a focus on Crime and Criminology and minors in Criminal Justice and Humanitarian Affairs. After graduating from JMU, Desi attended Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and graduated with her Juris Doctor in 2022.

Throughout law school, Desi worked as an intern at the Norfolk Public Defender’s Office, Norfolk Commonwealth’s Attorney Office, and the Court of Appeals for the Honorable Judge Robert J. Humphreys.

Desi’s current practice focuses primarily on criminal defense, business, and civil litigation. 

Desi has recently relocated to the area, so when she’s not in the office or court, she enjoys working on home improvement projects and exploring downtown Fredericksburg with her two dogs, Monkey and Hazel.
